The Role

This is not a traditional retail floor sales position. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will act as a true B2B fleet consultant. You will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing commercial accounts through a healthy mix of inside phone sales, networking, and outside B2B sales calls to local businesses, job sites, and fleet managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B Prospecting & Acquisition: Actively hunt for new commercial accounts via cold calling, outside sales visits, and local networking (Chambers of Commerce, contractor associations).
• Outside Sales: Travel locally within the DFW Metroplex to meet with business owners, fleet managers, and procurement officers at their headquarters or job sites.
• Consultative Selling: Analyze a business’s duty cycle and payload requirements to spec the correct Super Duty, Transit, or Chassis Cab with the appropriate upfit (utility bodies, flatbeds, etc.).
• Account Management: Serve as the single point of contact for your clients' fleet lifecycle, including selling Ford Pro FinSimple commercial lines of credit, TRAC leases, and coordinating Mobile Service repairs.
• CRM Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule and track all prospecting activities inside the dealership's CRM.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, commercial vehicle sales, or heavy equipment sales. You must know how to close a business owner.
• Bilingual Preferred: Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred to effectively serve our diverse North Texas contractor and business community.
• Self-Starter: You are a "hunter" who doesn't wait for fresh ups to walk through the door. You are comfortable knocking on doors and picking up the phone.
• Professionalism: Excellent communication and presentation skills required to present fleet proposals to C-level executives and business owners.
• Valid TX Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required for outside sales travel).
