Workday Student Analyst

Supporting Workday Student operations across campuses and online, the full-time Workday Student Analyst will manage system enhancements, reporting, and quality assurance while collaborating with business partners and technical leads, with the possibility of remote work. Key responsibilities Support intake tickets for Workday student-related requests and troubleshoot system issues Maintain and configure Workday Student modules, ensuring data quality and optimized workflows Create and maintain custom reports and documentation while participating in testing and change control processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in higher education student administrative operations and direct experience with Workday Student Strong understanding of data integration and system architecture, with experience in other Higher Ed ERP/CRM systems preferred Proven ability to map complex business processes into visual diagrams/documentation Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into user-friendly language Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage ambiguity effectively
