Project Manager

Location: New York, NY Job Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: $110,000 to $140,000 We are looking for someone organized, reliable, people oriented, and professional to manage project flow, internal follow ups, client and consultant coordination, payments, schedules, and office operations. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, good judgment, discipline, and the ability to keep both projects and people moving efficiently. Project and Office Manager Manage overall project flow and schedules to ensure seamless execution. Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks, including processing payments. Coordinate directly with clients and consultants to maintain alignment. Conduct internal follow ups to keep all personnel and deliverables on track. Qualifications 7 to 10 years of experience in the AEC industry. Must be a New Yorker. Demonstrated integrity and outstanding character. Excellent communication and people skills.
