**What You'll Be Doing**As our **Community Manager**, you'll be the heartbeat of the property - leading operations, inspiring your team, and creating a welcoming environment for all. Key responsibilities include:* Leading daily operations with professionalism and positivity* Coaching and developing your team to thrive* Managing budgets, rent collections, and resident communications* Overseeing leasing processes and compliance* Coordinating maintenance and ensuring curb appeal* Handling resident concerns with empathy and efficiency* Reporting to the Asset Director and supporting client communications* Promoting safety, compliance, and community engagement* Other tasks assigned**Who You Are**We're looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for people.
