A Snapshot of Your Day The Project DevelopmentManager leads the sales development process for large, complexmodernization, upgrade, and capital equipment projects. This role isresponsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing customerengagement strategies, building relationships with key decision-makers, andmanaging the sales process from opportunity development through projecthandoff. The ideal candidate combinestechnical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills to drivegrowth in the industrial steam turbine market. How You’ll Make an Impact Leadthe development and execution of strategies to identify, qualify, and winlarge industrial steam turbine modernization and upgrade projects. Developcompelling value propositions and business cases that address customerneeds while supporting company growth and profitability objectives. Managethe sales pipeline, including opportunity forecasting, reporting, andmaintaining forecast accuracy. Buildand strengthen customer relationships through regular engagement, whilegathering and sharing market, customer, and competitive insights. Collaboratewith commercial, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure aseamless transition from project award through kickoff and delivery. Achieveassigned sales, bookings, and revenue targets while serving as a trustedadvisor to customers and managing business activities in accordance withcompany policies. What You Bring Bachelor’sdegree in engineering or a related technical field, with 8+ years of experiencein rotating equipment, industrial equipment sales, business development, orcapital projects. Strongexperience with industrial steam turbines, including performance, applications,and customer requirements. Provenability to identify and develop business opportunities while managing complex,multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Excellentcommunication, presentation, and relationship-management skills. Collaborative,self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectivelyacross global teams and cultures. Willingnessto travel 50 – 75% domestically and internationally. Experiencewith Siemens Energy industrial steam turbine products is preferred. Applicants must belegally authorized for employment in the United States without need for currentor future employer-sponsored work authorization.
