Salad-Dessert Worker - Full Time

Position Summary: Prepares salads and or desserts, serves on patient tray assembly line, and assembles cold food for Meals on Wheels program. Maintains salad dessert storage, preparation areas and equipment in orderly, clean, and sanitary condition.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum Required Qualifications:
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One 1 year of quantity food production experience.
• One 1 year of basic nutrition knowledge.
• Three 3 years of salad dessert and modified diets experience.
• Three 3 years of food handling and sanitation procedures experience.
• Three 3 years' experience with safety rules and equipment operation.
