Life Insurance AgentWe are looking for a motivated, caring, and resilient Life Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is comfortable talking on the phone, and wants the opportunity to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

You will be reaching out primarily to warm leads—people who have expressed interest in life insurance or requested information . Your role is to understand their needs, educate them on their options, overcome objections, and help them find coverage that makes sense for their family.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads by phone, text, and other approved communication methods
• Build rapport and understand each client's needs, concerns, and financial goals
• Educate clients about life insurance options in a clear and easy-to-understand way
• Ask effective questions to identify the right coverage for each client
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients
• Confidently handle objections and concerns
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records of client conversations and follow-ups
• Provide excellent service before, during, and after the sale
• Meet individual production and activity goals
• Work collaboratively with the agency team

Sales or insurance experience is helpful, but attitude, work ethic, and the ability to connect with people are extremely important to us.
