Risk Reduction Specialist (Off-Duty or Retired Law Enforcement)

About the Role

Elite Security & Staffing is hiring experienced law enforcement and public safety professionals to work as Risk Reduction Specialists at events like concerts, sporting events, and conventions.

In this role, you will do general security duties, support staff, and ensure the safety of guests and venues.

What You'll Do

• Provide General Security duties.
• Support and guide security officers on-site.
• Interact with guests, staff, and law enforcement.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents.
• Write and review incident reports.
• Help manage situations involving minors, evictions, and safety concerns.
• Perform patrols (standing posts, foot patrol, observation).

Requirements

• Prior law enforcement or public safety experience (required).
• Must have (or be able to obtain) a Tennessee guard license.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Pay & Benefits

• $38.29 per hour.
• Part-time, flexible scheduling based on events.
• Uniform shirt provided (you provide black pants and shoes).
• Most roles are unarmed, but armed positions may be available with higher pay.
