The center operates 24/7; therefore, candidates must be able to work a shift during any time within a 24-hour period, including weekends and holidays. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain routine and ad hoc reporting to support operational performance, compliance, and business decision making. Collect, validate, and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources to produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi annual, and annual reports. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness through rigorous quality checks and variance analysis. Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights using dashboards, scorecards, and written summaries. Analyze trends, root causes, and performance drivers; highlight risks, opportunities, and significant business impacts. Provide proactive data insights and recommendations to leadership, operations, and cross functional partners. Maintain detailed documentation of reporting logic, methodologies, definitions, and business rules. Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, success metrics, and performance standards. Support contract deliverables and compliance reporting, ensuring adherence to internal, client, and regulatory requirements. Partner with technology, operations, quality, and workforce teams to improve reporting efficiency and automation. Develop and enhance performance measurement tools, dashboards, and standardized templates. Assist in audit preparation, benchmarking exercises, and process improvement initiatives. Monitor reporting schedules and deadlines; coordinate dependencies to ensure on time delivery. Identify and resolve data anomalies, system issues, and reporting gaps using strong analytical judgment. Provide technical guidance and training to stakeholders on reports, tools, and data interpretation. Perform additional analytical and reporting duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree or professional designation preferred. 5+ years of professional experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis. Strong proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, dashboards, BI platforms). Must be a US Citizen. Ability to work onsite in Nashville, TN required.
