By applying to this requisition, you'll be considered for one of three entry-level roles: Sheet Metal Assembly, Wing Assembly, or Line Assembly/Installation. Each plays a critical part in building world-class aircraft—and offers hands-on experience with precision assembly and installation.What you will be doing: In all roles, you'll:Assemble and install mechanical, structural, and hydraulic componentsWork with metals and compositesPerform adjustments and quality checksUse hand and power tools such as drills, rivet guns, and measuring instrumentsTake ownership of the quality of your workRole Highlights:Sheet Metal Assembly:Cut, drill, countersink, rivet, and fit sheet metal assembliesApply sealing and bonding agentsAlign multiple parts using jigs and fixturesWing Assembly:Build wing structures in tight spaces and closed baysDrill and countersink close-tolerance holesApply adhesives and sealants in hard-to-reach areasLine Assembly/Installation:Install and align parts directly on the aircraft linePerform adjustments and minor repairs for final quality checksWhat you need to be successful:High school diploma or equivalent (or bronze-level WorkKeys)Willingness to learn new skillsBasic mechanical aptitude; automotive or mechanical experience helpfulAbility to work in areas exposed to dust, dirt, and loud noiseWhy join us?
