NTT DATA's client is currently seeking a Desktop Services Technician / Customer Support to join their team in Englewood, Colorado (US-CO), United States (US).Day to Day Job Duties:Imaging desktop and laptop PC workstations.Packing and shipping desktop and laptop PC workstations to remote new users.Assist remote new users with initial login access to new devices.Interact with the customers in a courteous and professional manner.Ensure new devices are accurately logged and tracked in the asset management system.Basic Qualifications:1-3 years of Windows PC technical experience.1-3 years of solid customer service communications.Degree: High School diploma required. The starting pay range for this role is $20-$22/hour. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
