Human Resources Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager based in California to oversee our HR operations across the corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and multi-state branches. This role ensures legal compliance, supports managers and employees, and helps drive key HR programs as the organization grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance and policy administration, litigation coordination, compensation, and payroll coordination
• Ensure compliance with California, multi-state, and federal labor laws and HR best practices
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding processes
• Administer benefits programs and coordinate with brokers and vendors
• Maintain HR policies, handbooks, documentation, and recordkeeping systems
• Support organizational initiatives related to culture, engagement, and workforce development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of HR experience with strong California HR exposure
• Experience supporting multi-state employees strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English required; proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish is preferred and considered an asset

Compensation & Benefits

$90,000 – $120,000 annually, with final offer will depend on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
