Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Intermediate Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2412 $500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS Opportunity: RN - IMC Job Details: • 13-week contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week • 12-hour variable shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM or 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM • Every other weekend and every other holiday required • Float to all inpatient units as needed, typically to higher acuity units • Low census hours may occur in 4-hour increments; contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours • Patient ratio of 4:1 on a 36-bed Med Surg Intermediate Care unit with heavy telemetry • Patient population includes stable and weaning vents/trach, sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, ortho trauma, spinal cord injury, and stroke • Ventilator and trach experience required • Minimum 2 years of experience required - firm requirement • Stepdown, Intermediate, or PCU experience required • ICU experience preferred • Trauma Level II experience preferred • At least 1 prior travel experience required • EPIC charting experience preferred • Required certifications: WI RN License, BLS, and ACLS (AHA or ARC) • Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred • Scrub color: any color • Must be a hard worker, resilient, able to manage independently, complete tasks in a timely manner, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Facility: This facility is a full-service hospital offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including a Med Surg Intermediate Care unit that handles high-acuity patients. The facility operates as a Trauma Level II center and provides comprehensive specialty care across multiple inpatient units.
