Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,313–$2,451 per week Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Contract duration: 23 weeks Shift: Flex (typical schedule Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; no nights, weekends, or on-call) Start date: 09/21/2026 Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital outpatient cardiology and interventional radiology Responsibilities Provide outpatient nursing care for cardiology and interventional radiology patients; monitor status and document findings. Perform treadmill tests, exercise tolerance tests, and nuclear stress testing; assist with preparation, monitoring, and post-test care. Conduct initial patient interviews and history gathering; prepare studies for physician interpretation and ensure accurate data in the medical record. Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures; assist with specialized procedures (stress-echo, tilt-table) and respond to emergencies per policy. Administer moderate/conscious sedation as needed and maintain patient safety during procedures. Educate patients and families about tests, procedures, and post-test care; coordinate with cardiology and IR teams to ensure timely results.
