Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities Lead annual/quarterly integrated digital campaign planning across paid/owned/earned channels; translate brand goals into full-funnel media briefs, audience strategies, and activation plans. Develop channel strategies across META, Google, programmatic, influencers, CTV, and retargeting; build campaign roadmaps aligned to launches, promotions, and events. Drive digital activation for product launches and in-market initiatives; develop digital-first creative/storytelling frameworks and amplification plans. Partner with Brand/PR/Comms for influencer and KOL integrations and co-branded moments; oversee event digital extensions (pre-demand, onsite capture, post-event nurturing). Manage media agencies; oversee media plans/forecasting/pacing and KPI alignment; optimize via weekly performance reviews, A/B testing, and creative refresh. Own full-funnel analytics and campaign dashboards/measurement plans; report monthly/quarterly with actionable optimization insights and support ROI tracking. Lead briefing, development, and QC of digital creative assets (video, static, landing pages, CRM); manage timelines, submissions, and PRC/approvals. Partner with CRM/IT for journeys tied to triggers/segmentation; align campaigns with landing page UX, SEO, lead capture; ensure tagging/tracking/attribution accuracy. Manage/mentor Marketing Coordinator; lead cross-functional alignment and agency/production partner accountability. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree (preferred MBA/advanced degree). 5 years in digital marketing/paid media/brand activation/omnichannel. Proven integrated paid media leadership across META, Google, programmatic, influencers, CTV. Strong digital KPIs, analytics, dashboards, and testing frameworks. Experience managing creative production and PRC/med-legal review with cross-functional approvals. Experience managing direct reports/agencies and complex timelines; excellent PM and stakeholder leadership. Preferred Experience in aesthetics/medical devices/premium beauty or other regulated categories. Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and web optimization tools. Influencer programs, video production, and high-volume creative workflows.
