Education

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar allied health qualification, and be prepared for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Acquire ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification status throughout your tenure.
