Your Role

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morein accordance with established protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document all procedures meticulously, orient new staff or students, and help maintain lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree paired with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment duration.
