Meticulously analyze results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform essential calibration and maintenance on laboratory instruments.
Support specimen collection processes, ensuring accurate preparation for testing as necessary.
Thoroughly document all processes, assist in training new colleagues and uphold the highest standards of laboratory quality.
Foster a clean and safe working environment, committed to regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

Must achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork within healthcare settings.
