Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult Urology Patients
Setting: Outpatient Clinic & Acute Care Hospital
Responsibilities: Providing outpatient urology care, inpatient consults, post-operative rounding, procedures, hospital-based urologic management, and collaborative patient care within a Level III Trauma Center
Required Procedures: Bread & Butter Urology Procedures & General Urologic Surgical Care
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: 1 Full-Time Provider, 2 LPNs, 2 CNA/CMA & 1 Patient Representative
Days Per Month: Full-Time Coverage Preferred
On-Call/Weekends: Optional 24-Hour Call Coverage 7:00 AM 7:00 AM

Board Certified in Urology Required
Active NY License Required
BLS Required
Recent Epic Experience Required
Updated CV with No Gaps Greater Than 30 Days Required
Malpractice Explanation Required if Applicable
