Asset Living in Denton, TX seeks an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial duties under the Community Manager. You will lead on-site staff, supervise leasing, maintenance, and risk management, and help optimize cash flow through rent collection and accurate reporting. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred or two years in housing. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA is essential, along with strong customer service and #J-18808-Ljbffr Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint
