Analyst, Accounts Receivable (Hybrid, Puerto Rico)

The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. What You Will Do Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP. Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed. Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers. Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies. Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations. Create and submit invoices to our external customers. Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise. This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only. Qualifications You Must Have A University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration. 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions. 2+ years of experience producing and modifying Microsoft Power Point presentations. 1+ year of experience working in a corporate environment. Qualifications We Prefer Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment. Experience working with SAP is a plus. Experience with invoicing based on cost. Ability to support multiple time zones. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, ability to work well in teams.
