What You'll Do

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and consistent follow-up
• Connect with prospective customers and build lasting relationships
• Uncover insurance and financial needs through meaningful conversations
• Present solutions, overcome objections, and confidently close sales
• Sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, and other appropriate insurance products
• Manage leads, maintain a strong pipeline, and follow up consistently
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to team success
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process

Previous sales experience is strongly preferred, but insurance experience is not required. We're looking for someone who doesn't wait for opportunities. We want someone who creates them.

Licensing

A Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are required for the position, but an existing license is not required to apply. We'll help the right candidate complete the necessary licensing and training.

Compensation

First-Year Total Compensation Potential: $75,000$100,000. Starting guaranteed base salary is $30,000 for candidates without insurance industry experience, with higher starting salaries possible based on qualifications. Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses provide significant additional earning opportunities. Total compensation represents potential earnings based on sales performance and is not guaranteed.
