Job Description Create unforgettable first impressions and help our guests feel right at home. The Housekeeper is an essential part of our resort operations team and plays an important role in creating memorable experiences for our owners and guests. In this role, you’ll ensure that every owner’s room and every public area of the resort sparkles with cleanliness and attention to detail. As a member of our Housekeeping team, you are more than just a cleaner, you are a face of VI Resorts by Westgate, helping bring our owners’ vacation dreams to life. What You’ll Do as a Housekeeper Clean and refresh guest rooms and public areas to Westgate cleanliness standards Change and manage linens, towels, and guest supplies Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish furniture and floors Report maintenance needs, damage, or lost-and-found items Follow safety and sanitation procedures every day Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
