Position Overview Membership Sales Manager – Victorville, CA Location: Hybrid (90% field-based within the territory; 10% remote) Candidate Residency: Must live within 50-75 miles of Victorville, CA Territory: Victorville, Kings, San Bernardino, Tulare, Murrieta, Riverside On Target Earnings: $75,785.28 - $180,000 (includes two fixed base salary options of $35,000 or $45,000, non‑negotiable, plus car allowance and uncapped commission) Responsibilities Spend approximately 90% of time in the field, engaging local businesses (70% B2B) and consumers (30% B2C) to educate about AMCN membership. Identify and cultivate new leads through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, referrals, local events, county fairs, chamber of commerce activities, festivals, first responder partnerships, and community networking opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close using a consultative, educational approach tailored to families, employees, and business owners. Represent AMCN as a trusted local partner by attending community events and building long‑term relationships with civic groups, employers, healthcare‑related organizations, and small businesses to strengthen brand awareness and credibility. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and comfort with frequent regional travel. Minimum 3 years of B2C or B2B solutions‑based field sales experience, with preference for cold calling and prospecting experience. Experience selling in rural or relationship‑based markets is a strong plus. Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transport services is preferred; familiarity with needs of rural and regional communities highly valued. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Options: $35,000 or $45,000 (fixed, non‑negotiable) plus car allowance and uncapped commission.
