Primary responsibilities include: • Support day-to-day accounting operations including billing, cash applications, and account maintenance • Perform reconciliations and analyze discrepancies across various accounts • Assist with monthly close activities, reporting, and financial data validation • Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits, budgets, and special projects • Maintain accurate financial records and contribute to process improvements • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or relevant experience) • 0-3+ years of accounting or finance experience, including internships • Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets and perform reconciliations • Exposure to ERP systems or accounting software preferred • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills • Team-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset If you're looking to join a stable organization that invests in developing talent and offers long-term career growth, we'd love to connect with you.
