Position Details Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.07 / Hour Job Schedule Saturday: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Sunday: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and manage the flow of visitors, vendors, and staff in accordance with location protocols and security‑related requirements. Support Allied Universal standards by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations observed during patrols and routine assignments. Minimum Requirements CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
