Job Summary

North Orange County ROP is seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to serve as Administrator of the Adult Career Education programs.


This leadership role is ideal for a candidate with a passion for workforce development and experience supporting adult learners through career technical education, apprenticeship pathways, and industry-aligned training programs. The selected administrator will play a key role in expanding high-quality programs that respond to regional healthcare workforce needs while increasing access and success for diverse adult student populations.


We are seeking candidates who bring experience in adult education settings, grant writing and program development, apprenticeship or work-based learning models, and effective strategies for recruiting adult students. This is an exciting opportunity to build strong partnerships with community organizations to advance career pathways and economic mobility.
