• Provide support in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when necessary.
• Document all procedures exhaustively, train new staff or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree alongside ASCP / AMT certification preparation.

Required Certifications

• Certification from ASCP or AMT in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
