ServiceNow Developer - AI-Driven, High-Impact

ServiceNow Developer (CA) Location: San Francisco, CA Our client, a leading organization in the technology and software engineering sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (CA) to join their dynamic team. This role will be an integral part of the Specialty Software Engineering department supporting innovative initiatives. Responsibilities Design and develop ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions, including catalog items, UI forms, workflows, and integrations. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Implement features based on user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Perform unit testing and support end-to-end SDLC processes, including development, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve production defects, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes. Qualifications 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent. 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience, particularly Service Catalog module, using Yokohama version or higher. 3-5 years experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. 3-5 years experience with ServiceNow scripting, business rules, application development, and automated testing tools like ATF scripting. 2-3 years experience in Integration and API development using REST, JSON, etc. Benefits Opportunity to work on complex, impactful projects in a collaborative environment.
