We are seeking an experienced RN - ED - Emergency Department for a travel assignment. Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in emergency nursing. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating patient care with physicians and clinical team members. Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns appropriately. Supporting safe patient handoffs and updating care plans. Documenting assessments, interventions, and progress in medical records. Qualifications and skills: Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency environment. Proficiency in documentation and clinical coordination.
