Position Details: This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs office services work. Hours will range within W-F 10:00AM- 2:00PM. No nights, no weekends. Convenient location nearby to the Grand Rapids Airport on 36th Street. Business casual dress code and standards are required. Hourly Compensation: $18.00-19.00 USD per hour, DOE. Responsibilities This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs office services work. Operating mailing, copy and other office equipment - willing to operate a sit-down forklift Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Shipping/Receiving and ordering supplies Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels to customers Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines Adhere to all safety procedures Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications Qualifications: Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment Lifting up to 55 pounds IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
