• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process
• Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and provide updates
• Schedule appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups
• Assist with opening, maintaining, and closing repair orders
• Communicate repair status, timelines, and completion details to customers
• Coordinate with technicians, estimators, insurance companies, and other departments
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
• Process paperwork, documentation, and other administrative tasks
• Assist with insurance and repair-related documentation
• Review invoices and repair orders for accuracy
• Collect customer payments and assist with final paperwork

What You'll Bring

• Previous automotive, body shop, insurance, or administrative experience is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and friendly demeanor when working with customers
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
