Compensation Analyst

Job Title: Senior HR Analyst - Compensation Location: Charlotte, NC Employment Type: 3‑6 month C2H; 4x/week onsite, 1x/week remote Job Description This role supports the end‑to‑end annual compensation cycle, including administering performance review data from the Talent module, aligning employee performance ratings to corporate compensation matrices, and managing compensation worksheets with complex formulas and calculations to determine target bonuses and pay adjustments. The individual will generate and distribute total compensation statements upon approval, and execute system processes to write finalized merit increases, promotions, and compensation changes back into the Core HR module of Oracle HCM. Additionally, the role requires ongoing monthly support of compensation planning activities, including maintaining fast formulas, running reports, and updating budget forecasts to reflect promotions and other compensation impacts across teams, ensuring data accuracy and alignment throughout the year.
