Senior Business Analyst – Exchange Traded Fund Services As a Senior Business Analyst for Exchange Traded Fund Services, you will collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to design, develop, and test business-critical systems. You will coordinate new product and client implementations, manage risk, ensure high quality, and meet deadlines. Additionally, you will assist in migrating legacy VBA databases to centralized technology and support the Technology help desk with day‑to‑day operational issues. Responsibilities Analyze process flows. Create and execute test plans. Conceptualize and improve process flows. Read software and application user manuals. Execute test scripts and document test results. Coordinate client product implementations. Research technical issues. Perform other reasonable related and administrative duties. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; preferred. Practical business experience with a Fund Service Provider. Experience working with Exchange Traded Funds. Experience with VBA databases. Strong understanding of business processes. Familiarity with creating and executing test plans. Analytical ability to improve process flows. Reasonable familiarity with development tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills. Self‑teaching capability through user manuals. Understanding of audit and control concepts. Prior experience with InvestOne, FIS TA, or Confluence is a plus. Location Portland, ME / Denver, CO / Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX / Delaware / Boston, MA Compensation USD $70,000 – $80,000 plus discretionary yearly bonus based on performance.
