Senior Mental Health Counselor Masters - Providence Crisis Stabilization Center

Senior Mental Health Counselor (Masters) , Providence Crisis Stabilization Center, Anchorage, AK. This role supports all aspects of the clinical programming for the Crisis Recovery Center, providing direct client care services including assessment, treatment planning, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and milieu therapy. The candidate will assist leadership in developing standards of practice, quality services, and new programs, and act as a resource for other clinicians, demonstrating advanced clinical skill. Additional responsibilities include consultation, education, critical inquiry, mentoring of personnel, educational planning for clients and families, and coordination of services with other health care professionals, physicians, and ARNPs. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a health‑related field. Upon hire: Alaska Masters Social Worker license OR Alaska Clinical Social Worker license OR Alaska Professional Counselor license OR Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist license OR Alaska Psychologist license. Five (5) years of clinical experience. Compensation & Benefits $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires meeting required qualifications and payment conditions. Relocation assistance available for eligible hires meeting required qualifications and payment conditions. Base pay range: $40.11 – $62.27 per hour (actual placement based on experience and other factors). Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
