Together with your team, you will create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal.**Responsibilities**Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate & Clinical Recruitment● Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition and candidate sourcing tointerviewing, selection, and onboarding.● Recruit for a variety of corporate positions, partnering with hiring managers tounderstand staffing needs and position requirements.● Source, attract, and recruit Clinical Registered Dietitians (RDs) and other healthcareprofessionals to support HHS’s clinical staffing needs.● Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for both corporate and clinical positions.● Utilize proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates through LinkedIn,professional networks, referrals, and industry-specific platforms.● Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications,experience, and alignment with HHS’s culture and organizational values.● Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, core competencies, andperformance expectations.Recruitment Operations & Technology● Utilize Workday as the primary Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage jobrequisitions, candidate activity, interview processes, and recruitmentdocumentation.● Ensure accurate and timely updates to candidate records and recruitment activity withinWorkday.● Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools to identify qualifiedcandidates.● Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with internal hiringprocesses.● Provide a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout therecruitment process.Strategic Talent Acquisition● Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality corporate andclinical talent.● Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs andrecruitment priorities.● Provide insights into market trends, salary expectations, candidate availability, andindustry-specific recruitment challenges.● Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate quality,and retention trends.● Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and overallhiring outcomes.● Support HHS’s employer brand by promoting our culture, career opportunities, andcommitment to employee growth.Required Qualifications● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldpreferred.● 2–5 years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate orin-house recruiting environment.● Demonstrated experience recruiting for corporate positions and ClinicalRegistered Dietitian (RD) roles. Experience in both areas is required.● Hands-on experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) isrequired.● Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding.● Proven ability to proactively source and attract passive candidates using LinkedInRecruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.● Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate evaluation, and talentpipeline development.● Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment compliance, and fair hiring practices.● Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment.● Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.● Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and leadership teams.Preferred Qualifications● Experience recruiting within the healthcare, clinical, hospitality, or service industries.● Familiarity with Clinical Registered Dietitian qualifications, certifications, andindustry-specific hiring requirements.● Experience with recruitment analytics, sourcing metrics, and talent acquisition reporting.● Experience developing creative sourcing campaigns and recruitment initiatives.Who Is HHS?HHS is a private, family-owned business dedicated to caring for our team members andproviding honest, quality-driven customer service.Founded in 1975 as Hospital Housekeeping Systems, HHS has grown into a nationalorganization providing housekeeping, food, and facility management services to nearly 1,000customers across six industries.We are growing rapidly and seeking motivated professionals to join us for the next stage of ourjourney.
