Senior IP Litigation Paralegal

This role can be based in New York or Washington, D.C. Responsibilities Partner closely with attorneys and paralegals to manage complex IP litigation cases and support attorneys in trial and pre‑trial activities. Conduct in‑depth legal research, analyze documents and data, and prepare court‑ready documents, memoranda, correspondence, and factual analyses. Develop relationships internally and externally to gather information, identify resources, and create networks relevant to case objectives. Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize assignments, and implement effective organizational and procedural methods. Oversee and maintain files, documents, and data, and provide guidance to other paralegals and temporary staff through training, mentoring, and performance feedback. Comply with administrative requirements, including meeting billable expectations, preparing timenotes daily, and submitting timecards weekly. Apply technology solutions to maximize efficiency in carrying out assignments. Qualifications Preferred bachelor’s degree. Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in IP litigation. Trial experience required. Experience with strategic litigation, discovery management, and document production. Strong sense of accountability and proactive problem‑solving. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions accurately. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure. Excellent research, analytical, and data synthesis skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Flexibility to work overtime as needed and willingness to travel as required. Location New York or Washington, D.C. Compensation & Benefits Salary ranges and benefits are offered based on location. New York salary range: $90,000 to $130,000. Washington, D.C. salary range: $83,000 to $120,000.
