Qualifications

Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
Strong communication and organizational skills
New graduates welcome (mentorship available)

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain documentation in compliance with regulations
Ensure all physician orders are current and complete
