We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team and help create a vibrant, dynamic, and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate is an outgoing people person who thrives on building positive relationships, delivering exceptional hospitality, and providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional while effectively de-escalating challenging situations. This is an in-person role focused on ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and participants through accuracy, responsiveness, teamwork, and service excellence.

Making $18 / Hour

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver a welcoming, high-quality hospitality experience for clients, research assistants, and participants in an on-site environment.

• Greet, engage, and assist participants, research assistants, and clients while building positive, professional relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Review project materials, accurately enter and maintain data, and prepare detailed reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proactively identify and address client and participant needs, resolving concerns professionally and utilizing effective de-escalation techniques when necessary.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a fast-paced, friendly, and professional workplace environment.

• Perform reception, administrative, hospitality, and other support duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Previous experience in Hospitality, Hosting, Hotel or Wait Staff, Market Research, or related fields is preferred.

• Customer service, administrative, or hosting experience is highly valued.

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
