About the Role | 포지션 소개

Procon E&C는 산업 및 specialty construction 시장에서 건축, 전기, 기계, cleanroom/dry room, duct, system ceiling 등 다양한 공사를 수행하고 있습니다.

이 포지션은 입찰, 구매, 프로젝트 문서관리, cost tracking, schedule follow-up, change order 지원 등 프로젝트 실행에 필요한 공무 및 project control 업무를 담당하는 핵심 지원 포지션입니다.

단순 사무보조가 아니라, Project Manager, Estimating, Accounting, Field Team, Vendor/Subcontractor 사이에서 정보를 정확히 정리하고 follow-up하여 프로젝트가 일정과 예산에 맞게 진행되도록 지원하는 역할입니다.

한국어 커뮤니케이션 능력이 매우 중요하며, 영어는 미국 vendor, client, subcontractor, 내부 문서 및 이메일 업무를 처리할 수 있는 수준이 필요합니다.

Key Responsibilities | 주요 업무

Bidding & Preconstruction Support | 입찰 및 프리컨스트럭션 지원

• 건축, 전기, 기계 및 산업공장 프로젝트 입찰 업무 지원
• Bid invitation, drawings, specifications, scope of work, addenda 등 입찰 자료 검토 및 정리
• Vendor 및 subcontractor 견적 요청, 회수, 비교표 작성
• 견적 범위, exclusions, clarifications, lead time, pricing 차이점 정리
• Proposal package, bid form, scope summary, clarification/exclusion list 작성 지원
• Estimating / Operations / Leadership 팀과 bid review 및 go / no-go 판단 지원
• Bid tracking log, proposal history, quote backup 관리

Purchasing & Procurement | 구매 및 조달 관리

• 자재, 장비, fabrication item, subcontracted work 관련 구매 업무 지원
• Vendor quote, technical data, lead time, delivery schedule 확인 및 follow-up
• Purchase order 준비 및 내부 승인 프로세스 지원
• Material delivery status, backorder, substitution, shipping issue, delayed delivery 관리
• 한국 및 미국 vendor와 가격, 납기, 사양, 서류 관련 커뮤니케이션
• Invoice backup, packing list, delivery confirmation, receiving information 정리
• 구매 관련 risk 또는 cost impact 발생 시 Project Manager 및 Management에 보고

Project Control & Cost Tracking | 프로젝트 컨트롤 및 비용 관리

• Project budget, cost code, commitment, purchase order, invoice, change order 현황 추적 지원
• RFI, submittal, change order, procurement, issue log 등 project control log 관리
• Change order pricing backup, quantity support, vendor quote, field record 정리
• Project schedule, manpower, material status, pending issue, delay impact follow-up
• Weekly / monthly project status report 작성 지원
• Accounting 팀과 project cost coding, billing support, vendor payment backup 조율
• Project closeout document, warranty, O&M, as-built, final documentation 지원

Document Control & Communication | 문서관리 및 커뮤니케이션

• Contract, drawing, specification, RFI, submittal, CO, meeting note, correspondence 등 프로젝트 문서 정리
• Client, GC, subcontractor, vendor, field team, internal management 간 문서 및 정보 전달
• Meeting note, action item list, follow-up reminder 작성 및 관리
• 한국어와 영어 자료를 필요한 수준으로 요약, 번역, 정리
• 중요한 일정, 비용, scope issue, missing information을 빠르게 파악하고 보고
• Project folder structure 및 document naming rule에 따라 파일 관리

Qualifications | 자격 요건

Required | 필수

• 한국어 능통 또는 매우 우수한 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 영어 중급 이상: 이메일, 문서 확인, vendor/client communication 가능 수준
• 건설, 엔지니어링, 건축, 전기, 기계, 산업공장 프로젝트에 대한 관심 또는 관련 경험
• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word 등 기본 office software 활용 능력
• 견적, 수량, 비용, 일정, 문서를 꼼꼼하게 비교하고 정리할 수 있는 능력
• 여러 업무를 동시에 관리하고 deadline에 맞춰 follow-up할 수 있는 조직력
• 현장, 사무실, vendor, subcontractor 사이에서 정확하고 책임감 있게 소통할 수 있는 분
• 빠른 업무 환경에서 우선순위를 판단하고 문제를 미리 보고할 수 있는 분

Preferred | 우대

• Construction project coordinator, project admin, procurement, estimating support, project control 경험
• Architectural, mechanical, electrical, duct, cleanroom/dry room, industrial construction 경험
• Construction drawing, specification, scope of work, change order document 이해 가능자
• Acumatica, Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, BuildingConnected, Dodge 등 construction software 경험
• Cost code, project budget, PO, invoice review, billing support 경험
• 한국 및 미국 비즈니스 문화 모두 이해 가능한 분
• 장기적으로 Project Manager, Estimator, Procurement Manager, Project Controls role로 성장하고 싶은 분

Employment Type | 근무 형태

• Full-Time
• Non-Exempt or Exempt Salaried, depending on final role level and responsibilities

Location / Travel | 근무지 / 출장

• Suwanee, Georgia office
• 프로젝트 상황에 따라 jobsite visit 또는 vendor/client meeting 가능
• Occasional travel may be required for project coordination, meeting, procurement, or site support
