MRI Tech

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Rotating shift, including every other holiday and weekend. Each shift consists of 10 hours, totaling 40 hours per week.

Job Description: The MRI Tech will be responsible for performing MRI scans and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during procedures. This role requires a deep understanding of MRI technology and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans on patients as per physician's orders.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
• Maintain and calibrate MRI equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a positive experience for patients.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• ARRT certification in MRI.
• Relevant experience in MRI technology preferred.
• State licensure appropriate for the role.
