Service Concierge & Customer Experience Lead

Victory Automotive Group seeks a Service Concierge to champion the customer experience across our stores. This role acts as the main liaison, coordinating with management to ensure top-tier care before, during, and after visits, and driving follow-up with new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume dealership, strong communication, and an energetic, customer-focused attitude.
