Site Manager

A growing plumbing and construction company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-end residential plumbing projects throughout Brooklyn, NY. This leadership role is responsible for managing daily job site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has significant NYC plumbing experience, particularly with private custom homes, and is comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead field teams are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations on active plumbing and construction job sites
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Monitor quality of workmanship and maintain high construction standards
• Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and vendors
• Identify and resolve job site issues efficiently
• Track project progress and maintain accurate site documentation
• Order and coordinate materials as needed
• Foster a safe, productive, and professional work environment

Qualifications:
• Extensive plumbing experience required
• NYC plumbing experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing private custom home projects preferred
• Previous site management or construction supervision experience required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual in Yiddish and English preferred
