No experience is needed; we will teach you everything you need to know!

Team member responsibilities include, among others:

Back of the House:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, always meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know the tasks assigned in all stations, including frying, breading, assembling, and preparing food.
• Restock the kitchen as needed throughout the shift.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and tidy at all times.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management.

Front of the House:

• Take orders, manage payments, prepare drinks, bag orders, and ensure each customer receives a unique Chick-fil-A dining experience, always maintaining a positive attitude and smile.
• Keep the dining area clean and organized, restock supplies, and follow all safety and hygiene procedures.

General:

• Keep your knowledge up to date by completing internal training and staying informed about any changes and all new products launched by Chick-fil-A.
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude while preparing orders.
• Perform all opening or closing tasks assigned during the shift.
• Respect all Chick-fil-A Forest Drive policies and the Chick-fil-A Forest Drive dress code at all times.

Requirements to be a Team Member:

• Must have authorization to work in the United States, be 16 years old at the time of hiring, and have a reliable means of transportation.
• Must be able to operate all equipment, move around high and low shelves, and require mobility during shifts.
• Must be able to read, write, perform basic math, and have verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
