From initial claims handling through mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal, we provide comprehensive legal representation tailored to the unique needs of each client. As an Attorney specializing in labor and employment, your role will involve: Evaluating and managing labor and employment cases, developing effective legal strategies. Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and drafting various agreements pertaining to employee conduct, policies and regulatory compliance as necessary. Advising and representing clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediations. Drafting various agreements pertaining to employment laws, regulatory compliance, and negotiations. What You’ll Bring To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: Admitted to practice in the State of California. 5+ years' experience dealing with Labor and Employment Law matters. Possess analytical and problem‑solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively. Demonstrate excellent research abilities and strong written and oral communication skills. Draft and respond to discovery‑related motions. Regularly attend court appearances. Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses. Draft motions for summary judgments.
