Avir at Corpus Christi is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dietary Cook to join our dynamic team in Corpus Christi, TX. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including entrees, sides, and desserts, in accordance with established recipes and standards
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols
Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure visually appealing dishes
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service operations
Participate in menu planning, inventory management, and budgeting
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of food allergies, intolerances, and special dietary needs
Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and waste management
