Sales Representative - Dallas/Forth Worth, TX - Neurosurgical
Stryker Orthopaedics
Field-based sales position selling neurosurgical products across a designated territory in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The role involves promoting innovative medical technologies to surgeons and healthcare providers, supporting surgical procedures, and driving territory growth for Stryker.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell neurosurgical products while meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals
- Support surgical procedures, product evaluations, and clinical demonstrations in operating room settings
- Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications and clinical data
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and clinical stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and execute territory growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device or healthcare
- OR bachelor's degree plus experience in leadership, military, or high-performance environments with sales interest
- OR 5+ years professional outside or territory-based sales with documented quota achievement
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory
- Ability to stand extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in clinical settings
- In-person availability for product evaluations and procedures in operating rooms
Compensation: 100% commission with draw and bonuses plus benefits
