Essential Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution recognized by the APTA.
• Licensing: An active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania is necessary to commence the assignment.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience: Prior outpatient physical therapy experience is essential. Preferred candidates will have demonstrated skills in evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and charge entry within an outpatient clinic.
• Functional Treatment: Experience with functional treatment programs and patient education is preferred.
• Flexibility: Ability to float to various clinic locations as needed by the client.
• Mentorship: Willingness to supervise students and participate in preceptorships is preferred.

Assignment Overview

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Schedule: 5x8 work pattern.
• Floating Requirement: The assignment will involve floating between clinic locations as necessary.
• Duration: 13-week assignment with the possibility of extension.
