Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and utilize evidence‑based interventions such as pelvic floor strengthening, manual therapy, biofeedback, and core stabilization exercises. Patient education and functional rehabilitation are central to your approach, helping individuals improve quality of life, regain independence, and restore pelvic and core function.
