Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in Tennessee (TN)
• Prior experience within a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to effectively supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 120 students
• Oversee and support three COTAs within the district
• Travel between schools as required to meet student and program needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and track individualized therapy plans
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with all district and state guidelines
